How to use
1 tablet in the evening before bedtime.
The action of melatonin on the effects of Jet Lag is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg, just before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.
The contribution to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

Intended for adults. Do not exceed recommended daily doses. A food supplement cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
