Ingrediants
Cellulose; extract of the aerial part of red clover (Trifolium pratense) (100 mg percapsula) rich in isoflavones; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; dyes: iron oxide; titanium dioxide.

How to use
Take 1 capsule morning and evening, with a large glass of water, preferably before meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed recommended daily doses.
