The shoulder joints consist of the glenohumeral joint, the acromioclavicular joint, the sternoclavicular joint, and the scapulo-thoracic joint, which is technically not a true joint. The bony structures consist of the humerus, the scapula and the clavicle. Soft tissues include muscles, e.g. rotator cuff muscles (supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapularis and teres minor), several ligaments including the coracoclavicular nerve (trapezoid and conoid), coracohumeral and coracoachromial and others, labrum, bursae and nerve of the brachial plexus. The shoulder joint is the most active and complex joint in the body. The capsule and ligament act as stabilizers, while muscles and tendons play a dynamic role. The rhythmic cooperation of the shoulder joints ensures smooth movement in all directions.

HOW TO USE

• Insert your forearm into the harness pocket.
• Pull the shoulder strap over the shoulder. Insert the hook end of the strap into the buckle.
• Adjust the length of the shoulder strap so that the elbow joint is at an angle of approximately 90 °. Then fasten the hook and loop closure to tighten.
• Insert the hook end of the waist trap into the buckle. Adjust the length of the waist strap to provide stability. Then fasten the hook and loop closure to tighten.
