Apply 2-3 times a day to the affected area, preferably refrigerated.
Arnica montana - Fam. Asteraceae (Compositae)
Perennial plant, it grows on acid soils and pastures in the Alps and the northern Apennines, between 1000 and 2800 meters above sea level. From a creeping rhizome in the first year a rosette of oval-lanceolate basal leaves adhering to the ground appears (hence the name of Plantain of the Alps).
The second year develops a simple, slightly hairy floral stem, 50-60 cm high.
On this a large red-orange flower and further down, at the armpit of two opposite bracts, others are born
two small flowers. The whole plant has a pleasant aromatic smell.
