Indications:
- primary gonarthrosis of the tibial femur and patellar femur;
- gonarthrosis and associated general factors:
• ineffectiveness of usual treatments;
• intolerance and / or contraindications to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and / or analgesics;
• age over 65 and multi-medication (arterial hypertension, diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular and gastrointestinal problems);
• contraindications to the installation of a prosthesis: young subject, different operative contraindications linked to the patient's condition.
- Gonarthrosis secondary to trauma and / or microtrauma:
• joint fractures, after-effects of meniscectomy, laxity due to rupture of the anterior cross ligament;
• rotatory arthrosis of the young male subject, former sportsman;
• arthroscopy and ARTHRUM injection after washing, meniscal and cartilage regularization (role of dressing and intra-articular shock absorber).

Characteristics:
hyaluronic acid is obtained by biofermentation.
It is therefore not of animal origin and excludes the problems associated with extraction of animal origin.
