Artichoke herbal tea with beneficial properties.
Ingredients
Artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) leaves 30%, peppermint (Mentha x piperita L.) leaves, boldo (Peumus boldus Molina) leaves, turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) rhizome, star anise (Illicium verum Hook.f.) fruits , karkadè (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) flowers.

How to use
Bring 150 ml of water (1 cup) to a boil. Add 2 g of herbal tea (about 2 teaspoons) and mix well. Cover the container to avoid dispersing the more volatile substances. Bring to a simmer for 5 minutes and then turn off the stove.
Leave to infuse for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then filter. Add, if desired, sugar or honey. Ideal, 1 cup of herbal tea after meals.

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light and away from heat sources. The expiry date indicated refers to the product in its intact and correctly stored packaging.
