Aspartic is a formulation whose components are able to improve muscle tone and efficiency and the activity of the nervous system .

D-Aspartic acid is a non-essential amino acid for the human body, produced in the pituitary and testicles from the left-handed form of the same aspartic acid.

It plays a fundamental metabolic role in various tissues. Its availability promotes the Krebs cycle. In the central nervous system it functions as an excitatory neurotransmitter, promoting the synthesis of glutamate, which is probably due to its ability to improve concentration, physical endurance and delay fatigue. In the liver, it promotes the expulsion of excess ammonia and is a component of the transaminase AST, which plays a central role in the metabolism of amino acids.

An authoritative scientific study ( Topo E.et.al (2009) Biol.Endocrinol.7.120 ) seems to confirm that D-Aspartic acid can positively influence the production of LH and testosterone if taken for 12 consecutive days at a dosage of 3 g per day. The nettle extract, obtained from the leaves, in addition to being useful in case of kidney stones, azotemia, gout, alopecia, is mainly used in case of benign prostate hypertrophy, thanks to the presence of sterols and flavonoids, and to promote anabolic activity due to increased free testosterone in the bloodstream.

Zinc becomes part of the structure of numerous metal-enzymes that catalyze fundamental reactions in the organism; it is an effective modulator of the immune defenses, promotes the synthesis of collagen, promotes the production of androgens, participates in the synthesis of spermatozoa.
