Astragalus is a perennial herbaceous plant that has always been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine as a tonic and strengthener of vital energy and can be of help to those suffering from overexertion. It is particularly useful for those who, frequently feeling cold hands and feet, feel they have a weak blood circulation. As an immune system tonic, Astragalus appears to have a continuous and lasting effect. Astragalus not only reduces the duration and severity of symptoms in acute cold treatment, but is also capable of increasing the amount of white blood cells in chronic leukopenia. In addition to its immunostimulating activity, Astragalus root has numerous other activities: it has a positive inotropic, hepatoprotective, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory cardiotonic effect. It is also able to increase adrenocortical function and therefore to raise the threshold of resistance to stress factors.

How to use

We recommend taking 1-2 Astragalus Ecol tablets after meals

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. It is not recommended for use in pregnant or lactating women and in children under the age of 12.
