HOW TO USE

Instructions for use: Wash thoroughly and immerse in water with a little salt for 20 minutes, change the water and soak for another 20 minutes. When hydrated it increases its dry weight by 7 times. Cook for about 35-40 minutes. Kombu are great additions when cooking vegetable, legume, tofu and seitan stews. Recommended use: 1 gram of raw seaweed per person, once a week.
