How to use
1 or 2 sachets a day, as needed, to be dissolved in half a glass of water, even hot (not boiling).

Warnings
Do not take during pregnancy and lactation and do not administer the product to children under 3 years of age. Contains isomalt so excessive use can have a laxative effect. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
