MEDICATION FROM CONTACT WITH SILVER

Indications:
- for the treatment of infected lesions;
- as a prophylaxis of infection in the treatment of ulcers.

Characteristics:
- silver polyester compress, impregnated with ointment, with antibacterial and atraumatic properties for the management of injuries;
- silver ions are released in small quantities on the wound bed;
- its effectiveness lasts 7 days;
- the product can be combined with all other hydroactive and traditional dressing products;
- in contact with saline solutions its characteristics are not altered;
- it can decrease the bacterial load up to 107 per ml in 24 h;
- it is active against gram + and gram - bacteria, active against bacteria resistant to antibiotics MRSA and VRA;
- can also be used on sensitive skin;
- does not cause pain;
- leaves no residue on the lesion;
- can be used independently on ulcers of any size;
- ready to use, does not require activation.
