Dietary supplement

Based on minerals and vitamin B1 indicated in cases of reduced dietary intake of these nutrients or an increase in their needs. Magnesium is an essential mineral in human nutrition with a large number of biological functions, being involved in more than 300 different metabolic reactions.

Dosage and method of use
The recommended dosage is 2 tablets twice a day, preferably in the morning and in the afternoon on a full stomach.

Components
Magnesium oxide; magnesium stearate; iron sulfate; zinc oxide; thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1); selenium; potassium chloride; copper sulfate; sodium selenite; silicon dioxide.
