Aurum Convex: Versatile convexity for a delicate, leak-free fit

Often when people with an ostomy have a badly positioned, inverted or depressed stoma, a convex plate is recommended to apply gentle pressure to help protrude the stoma. The Aurum Convex One-Piece Convex Urostomy System allows people with ostomy suffering from infiltration and peristomal skin problems to regain lost confidence, whether they use traditional convex plates or flat plates. Thanks to the body temperature Aurum® Convex adapts to the shape of the body and creates a seal around the stoma. The gentle pressure exerted allows the stoma to protrude towards the inside of the bag, preventing infiltration under the plaque.
