How to use

The nipple shields must be cleaned before each use; this takes less than 10 minutes.
Soak them in boiling water for five minutes or use the hygienic case.
Place both well-washed nipple shields in the case and add 25ml of water, then heat them in the microwave at 750-1,000W for three minutes.
Let it cool for five minutes, then discard the water.
The convenient hygienic carrying case will allow you to store the nipple shields and keep them clean wherever you are.
