Ayur Metalite represents the natural support to promote metabolism and also helps to improve the well-being of the thyroid and its functioning. The first group of plants: Withania, Guggul and Bergenia, deals with slow metabolism. The second group of plants: Phyllantus, Tribulus terrestris, Aegle marmelos and Curcuma, exerts an influence on a holistic level to support the metabolism. Phyllantus niruri is effective for the liver, blood and kidneys. Tribulus is useful for the muscles and reproductive organs. Aegle marmelos exhibits a tonic effect on the overall metabolism.

Suggested dosage and duration of treatment:

It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening, before main meals, on an empty stomach with plenty of warm water.
