Ingrediants
Powder of: ashvagandha [withania somnifera (l.) Dunal] radix; vidarikand (puerariatuberosa dc.) rhizoma; licorice (glycyrrhiza glabra l.) radix; stabilizers: gumarabic; magnesium stearate; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

How to use
1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the evening with warm milk and crystal sugar in an empty stomach. You can increase the dose and extend the intake at the discretion of your nutritionist advisor.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, it is recommended to seek medical advice.
