This essence is addressed to those who, distrusting the goodness of others and the world, have difficulty in letting their guard down, are on the defensive and have no confidence in others. Very often such an individual did not receive appropriate emotional support from the father figure during childhood, because he was emotionally or physically absent, and created a protective shield to defend himself. Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers.

Use with people sensitive to alcohol:
- two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice
- in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
