Description
Food supplement of branched chain amino acids and creatine based on carbohydrates (fructose and maltodextrin). The branched chain amino acids are indicated in the integration of the athlete's diet. The product also contains green tea extract useful cometone (physical and mental fatigue) and antioxidant.

Ingredients
Fructose, maltodextrin, creatine, L-leucine, flavor, L-valine, L-isoleucine, the verdee.s. [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze: leaves, 40% polyphenols]; acidity regulator: citric acid.

Gluten -free and lactose -free.

How to use
Dissolve the contents of one bag (equal to 16 g) in about 500 ml of water and shake well.
We recommend taking one sachet before training.
Recommended daily dose: 1 sachet.

Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy and children, or in any case for prolonged periods without consulting the doctor.
