Ingrediants
Powder of: ashvagandha [withania somnifera (l.) Dunal.] Radix; jatamansi (nardostachysjatamansi dc.) rhizoma; musta (cyperus rotundus l.) radix; stabilizer: gum arabic; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

How to use
1 tablet twice a day with milk and crystal sugar, half an hour before the main meals. It is possible to increase the dose and set the duration of the intake according to the opinion of your nutritionist advisor.
