Milk protein food supplement (protein content 92% s / s) based on a mixture of instant calcium caseinate (60%) and isolated whey proteins by cross-flow microfiltration and ultrafiltration . How to use

Take according to your needs up to 20 g per day (equal to 2 level scoops) dissolved in 200 ml of water or other liquid, preferably between main meals.
