Description
Melatonin-based food supplement formulated in rapidly orosoluble tablets, which dissolve under the tongue, facilitating absorption without the need for water.
Melatonin, taken shortly before bedtime, reduces the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime. It can also help alleviate the effects of jet lag, with a dose of 0.5 mg of melatonin, on the first day of travel, just before going to bed and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Ingredients
Bulking agents: mannitol (supported on corn starch), mannitol, cellulose; stabilizers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, polyvinylpyrrolidone; aroma; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin; sweeteners: steviol glycosides from stevia, sucralose.

Instructions for use
It is recommended to take 1 buccal tablet to dissolve under the tongue just before bedtime, without the need for water.
