Basenpulver Named Food Supplement in Powder

BASENPULVER PASCOE® contains a mixture of carbonate mineral salts with the addition of basic magnesium carbonate, which can help meet the daily requirement of magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium and zinc which promotes normal acid-base metabolism. Calcium and magnesium also contribute to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones.

METHOD OF USE

Packaging: 260 g powder, 30 sachets of 4 g 1 teaspoon (about 4 g) or one sachet, dissolved in a glass of water, preferably in the evening before bedtime. Do not give to children under 4 years old.

ACID-BASE BALANCE

Energy metabolism generates an accumulation of metabolic waste which is eliminated through the intestine, kidneys, skin and lungs. Many of these metabolic wastes are acidic and need an appropriate neutralization in order to be eliminated. If the body produces a quantity of acidic metabolic waste greater than that which it is able to neutralize and eliminate, an accumulation of acidic substances will occur which will lead, over time, to acidosis. Finally, an insufficient fluid intake does not allow adequate elimination of waste, through the kidneys and skin (sweating). POWER SUPPLY

Proper nutrition should include alkalizing foods for about 75% of daily consumption: fruit, vegetables, potatoes, cabbage, lettuce, salad. Among the acidifying foods we find meat, poultry, cured meats, fresh and aged cheese, yogurt, products based on starchy foods and sweets.
Many foods, despite being acidifying, are indispensable and must not be eliminated as an essential source of proteins and vitamins, however their acidifying contribution must be compensated by the intake of foods with an alkalizing content. If these precautions are not enough, a supplement such as BASENPULVER PASCOE® / BASENTABS pH-balance PASCOE® can be useful.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND LIFESTYLE

A walk in the woods or a bike ride improves oxygen supply and promotes the release of carbonic acid in the form of carbon dioxide. Avoid, if possible, situations that generate stress.
