Buckwheat Cous Cous

Buckwheat couscous is made with the traditional method of preparing cous cous, but using buckwheat flour which naturally lorses gluten-free and a source of fiber.

Ingrediants

Organic buckwheat flour.

How to use

Put the couscous in a bowl and season it with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
Meanwhile, bring the salted water or broth to a boil.
Then pour over the couscous and cover, letting it rest for a few minutes and shelling from time to time.
Season to taste with the vegetables in the broth, spices and flavors.

Store at room temperature.
Shelf life from the date of production, in unopened package: 12 months.
