Panettone Classico, in gluten-free and lactose-free versions. The very soft dough is enriched with candied citrus fruits and raisins, to offer everyone the unmistakable taste of the sweet emblem of the holidays.
Ingrediants
Raisins (14.5%), lactose-free whole milk *, fresh eggs, corn starch, anhydrous butter (milk) *, sourdough, candied citrus peel (4%) (orange peel, citron peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), sugar, rice starch, thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and xanthan gum, invert sugar syrup, honey, plantago fiber, candied orange peel paste (1.5%) (peel of 'orange, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, alcohol, flavorings, salt. May contain soy, mustard, sesame and swallowed wheat starch.
* Milk and Butter are present in quantities such as to guarantee, in the final product, a lactose content of less than 0.01%.
The product contains glucose and galactose as a consequence of the breakdown of lactose.
