Branched chain amino acids are suitable for supplementing the diet of athletes. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Furthermore, vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy, protein and glycogen metabolism.

L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine; bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; stabilizer: hydroxy-propyl methylcellulose; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
