BCAA 4: 1: 1 is a food supplement based on branched chain amino acids in a 4: 1: 1 ratio with vitamin B6, which helps to support the regular metabolism of energy, proteins and glycogen and acetylcarnitine. Indicated to supplement the diet of those who practice sports.

Leucine is present in greater quantities to speed up protein synthesis and promote recovery both in sports after workout and in case of lack of dietary intake: this amino acid, in fact, is important for the construction and maintenance of muscle tissue because it promotes protein synthesis in muscles and liver, slows down the breakdown of muscle proteins and promotes regeneration processes.

How to use
