GYMLINE BCAA 4: 1: 1 is a food supplement of branched chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine) and vitamins B1 and B6, indicated in case of reduced dietary intake of the aforementioned nutrients or an increase in their needs, for example in the diet of an athlete. 4 tablets provide 3.6 g of branched chain amino acids.

4 tablets are also a source of:

* Vitamin B1 (thiamine), which contributes to normal energy metabolism;
** Vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal synthesis of cysteine, to the normal metabolism of proteins and glycogen and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

HOW TO USE

Take 4 tablets a day. Accompany swallowing with plenty of water.
