BCAA Caplets is a supplement that provides branched chain amino acids (Leucine-Isoleucine -Valine) in the ratio 2: 1: 1 enhanced with vitamin B6 for greater assimilation.

BCAAs are essential branched chain amino acids, as the body is unable to produce them on its own and, therefore, must be introduced in the diet. BCAAs represent about 30% of muscle mass ; it is useful to place them in the context of a physical effort to optimize energy performance. Furthermore, during physical activity, they are the first amino acids to be used because, unlike the others, they do not pass through the liver but are synthesized directly in the muscles.
