How to use
Take the content of one sachet (equal to 1 mg of melatonin) in the evening, just before bedtime, pouring the powder directly into the mouth, without the need to dissolve it in water. Let the powder dissolve slowly under the tongue.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
