Benexè® Glycerol Suppositories is a disposable product, to be used rectally when the intestine becomes sluggish and a quick but delicate solution is sought to resolve cases of occasional constipation, not caused by intestinal pathologies.

Benexè Suppositories contains glycerol, a component which, in contact with the stool, is able to attract water molecules, making the stool softer and easier to expel. In addition to the hygroscopic effect with consequent recall of water in the stool, glycerol also has the ability to interact with the intestinal walls, stimulating their motility.

Indications

Benexè Glycerol Suppositories is a product that can be used in all cases of occasional constipation from non-pathological causes. The effect usually occurs within one hour of use.

In particularly sensitive patients, extreme care must be taken not to further irritate the mucosa.

How it works

Benexè Glycerol Suppositories promotes bowel movements to facilitate evacuation without irritation and without the product being absorbed by the intestinal mucosa, through a physical mechanism that favors the recall of water in the stool, softening and facilitating its expulsion.
