Description
Class III non-sterile medical device, specific for the prevention of acne complications and its recurrences on acne-prone skin due to external factors. Its formula contains polyvinyl alcohol and fomblin (perfluoropolyether) capable of forming an invisible non-occlusive film, which isolates and protects the skin from external factors that can lead to a worsening of the acne pathology. The accessory activity of benzoyl peroxide with an exfoliating function favors the mechanical removal of dead cells and counteracts bacterial proliferation while maintaining the level of the total microbial load unaltered. BENZONIC also contains soothing and moisturizing functional ingredients such as niacinamide which improves the state of the lipid barrier of the skin by stimulating production of diceramides and fatty acids, thus mitigating the symptoms of epidermal hyperactivity. It promotes skin hydration by stopping the loss of transepidermal water, thus helping to indirectly reduce the possible onset of local redness.
How to use
Use the product exactly as directed by your doctor. It is advisable, always according to medical indications, to apply the product preferably in the evening on the surfaces to be treated, distributing it evenly, after carefully cleansing the affected areas. The airless bottle is characterized by a dispenser capable of dispensing 0.25 ml of the product each time the button is pressed, allowing you to calibrate the quantity necessary for the treatment.
Warnings
The cream should not be applied in the eyes and in case of contact with eyes and mucous membranes rinse with plenty of water. Distribute the product with dry and clean hands.
Apply to intact skin. Avoid concomitant use with other preparations containing substances with mechanical peeling effect such as polyvinyl alcohol and fomblin(perfluoropolyether) alcohol present in the device. Keep out of reach of children. For topical external use only. Since no studies have been conducted in pregnancy, its use is not recommended during this period. Consult your doctor in case of prolonged use or in the presence of known hypersensitivity to the components of the product. The expiry date refers to the intact and correctly stored product. Do not dispose of the container in the environment after use. Avoid direct exposure to the sun and UV lamps. Benzoyl peroxide can discolor fabrics, fur and hair.
