Freeze-dried kefir grains (from water), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl cellulose), thickener (maltodextrin), Lactobacillus casei (LMG-S27763), Lactobacillus acidophilus (LMG S-27762), B. bifidum (LMG S-27761), inulin, donkey milk , anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water, preferably away from meals.
