How to use

Pre-heating: apply 30 minutes before physical activity; to speed up the heating it is possible to carry out a light massage directly on the patch. Keep it for the duration of the activity.
After sports: it is useful for relieving tensions and a sense of fatigue and to promote recovery.
Wash your hands thoroughly after application.
