Dietary supplement of Beta-Alanine whose ergogenic role, in sports, is partly due to its antioxidant activity and partly to the precursor function of Carnosine: a dipeptide present in high concentrations within the human skeletal muscle, capable of to buffer the lactic acid in the muscles, to support the resistance, in case of intense efforts and to assist the recovery after the competition or training.

Ingrediants

Beta alanine, bulking agent: cellulose; sodium hydrogen carbonate (sodium bicarbonate), stabilizer: hydroxy-propyl-cellulose; mixed tocopherols (D-gamma-tocopherol, D-delta-tocopherol, D-alpha-tocopherol, D-beta-tocopherol), anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; resveratrol (from Fallopia japonica [Houtt.] Ronse Dec., root), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

Instructions for Use

We suggest using 1-2 tablets a day, to be swallowed with a glass of water, preferably between meals. - The dosage of Beta-Alanine, for athletes engaged in intense activities, can even reach 3-6 grams / day. In these cases it is good to divide the intake throughout the day, taking 1g of beta alanine every 3-4 hours. Cycles of 4-8 weeks are suggested for maximum effectiveness, this helps to obtain the best availability of endogenous carnosine.
