Fig : naturally rich in fibers, mucilages and sugars thanks to which they are considered as "natural laxatives".
Manna: thanks to mannite it has a laxative action, while mucilage and organic acids help to control weight.
Fennel : has digestive, purifying and antioxidant properties that have a beneficial action on the colon. It also limits flatulence and bloating.
Senna : contact laxative that stimulates the motility of the large intestine.
Aloe : its emollient action, combined with vitamins, mineral salts, mucilages, polysaccharides and enzymes, allows a synergistic action on constipation and intestinal function in the short, but especially in the long term

How to use
We recommend 1-2 teaspoons as needed, preferably in the evening before going to bed. Shake before use.
