DRESSING

Characteristics:
dressing based on hydrophilic polyurethane foam with vertical honeycomb structure which creates the ideal humid environment for the wound healing process, avoiding skin maceration and the release of exudate even under compression.
Thanks to the soft and soft adherent layer (Soft-Hold layer) in contact with the wound, it ensures extra help with dressing change, a reduction in trauma and pain at dressing change and removal, combined with excellent exudate management.
The Soft-Hold layer is an adherent layer consisting mostly of paraffin, consisting of soft rings less than 1 mm thick. The Soft-Hold layer covers the foam for less than 50%, thus ensuring optimal absorption of the exudate.
