SURGICAL MASK GDA TYPE II TNT 3 LAYERS BIG BOX 60 PIECES

Disposable type II surgical mask, in opaque polypropylene non-woven fabric, odorless, with high efficiency filter, soft, without glass fibers, hypoallergenic, anti-macerating, good air permeability.

It is designed to be used in operating theaters and businesses with similar requirements and to protect the entire work environment.

The mask is equipped with latex-free elastics, which allow it to be adapted to a wide range of face sizes, ensuring a high level of comfort.

Heat-sealed finishes.

Free of latex and natural rubber.

Components

• Nose clip in aluminum coated with PP / PE to ensure maximum safety.
• Inner layer in 100% PP 25 g / m2 TNT: breathable, soft, hypoallergenic, resistant. Free of resins, adhesives and glass fivre.
• Intermediate filter in meltblown 100% PP 30 g / m2: as per EN 14683 class II standard.
• Outer layer in 100% PP 25 g / m2 TNT: breathable, soft, hypoallergenic, resistant. Free of resins, adhesives and glass fibers.
• Elastics in nylon-spun coated polyester: soft, hypoallergenic and latex-free.
• Hypoallergenic ultrasound heat-sealed seams.

How to use

Inspect the mask before each use to make sure it is in good condition. Carefully examine all parts of the mask for damage: the rubber bands, the attachment of the mask elements, the nose strap and the surface of the skirt. If any damage or missing parts are found, the mask must be disposed of immediately: a defective mask may expose the user to danger.

Before putting on the mask, perform complete hand disinfection.

Cover your mouth, nose and chin and put the rubber bands behind your ears. Press the metal tab to make the mask adhere to the nose.

If breathing difficulties, dizziness, irritation, or other discomfort occur after wearing the mask, leave the contaminated area immediately and notify the supervisor. Then remove the bezel.

If you have to adjust the position of the mask during use, do so by grasping it only by the rubber bands: the external part could be contaminated. If you touch the surface of the mask, perform a complete disinfection of the hands.

Do not hang the mask around your neck.

If the bezel is wet, replace it with a new one.

To remove the mask, without touching the facepiece of the mask, grasp the rubber bands behind the ears. Pull back the rubber bands to release the mask and detach it from the face. Throw the mask into the container for the collection of hospital waste, grabbing it only by the rubber bands. Used masks are considered contaminated. To prevent potential contamination, do not put the mask in your pocket or in clothing or bags, do not place the mask on surfaces (work surfaces, tables, furniture in general). After removing the mask, perform the complete disinfection of the hands.

The mask helps protect against certain contaminants, but does not absolutely eliminate exposure, the risk of contracting any disease or infection.
Misuse can result in illness or death. For proper use, consult your supervisor and instructions for use.
Do not use if the intended use is to protect the wearer from infectious agents.
Do not use if you have a beard or other conditions that prevent a good seal between the face and the sealing edge of the mask.
It does not protect against gases or vapors (eg anesthetic gases).
