Vitamin B6 is one of the most important in the B complex, present in many natural foods such as: wheat, cabbage, brewer's yeast.
However, modern means of cultivation, the handling, conservation of food and the consumption of substances that cause its rapid destruction, often make it necessary to integrate it. As an enzyme, it becomes part of approximately 60 enzyme systems including: transaminases, racemases, decarboxylases, dehydratases, deaminases, synthetases, transulphorases and desulfhydrases.
The deficiency symptoms are: acne, seborrheic lesions around the mouth and eyes, glossitis, hair loss, dizziness, fatigue, difficulty remembering dreams, hypochromic anemia with hypersidemia, peripheral neuropathy, convulsions.
The use of oral contraceptives, alcohol, tobacco, coffee, antibiotics, canned, preserved and frozen foods cause vitamin B6 deficiencies.

Contraindications

Pyroxidine as an antagonist of L-DOPA is contraindicated in Parkinsonian subjects being treated with L-DOPA.In addition, the prolonged use of high dosages of any vitamin of the B complex taken individually can give rise to deficiencies of the other vitamins

Ingrediants

Calcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vit, B6), Talc. No addition of live yeast, lactose, gluten, starch, sugar, salt, nor dyes, flavors and chemical preservatives.

How to use:

1 tablet per day. The use of high dosages in particular and specific cases in which the doctor deems it appropriate.

Warnings
