Bio Erbavoglio® pollen

Pollen may be the richest natural source of Rutin discovered so far. Bioflavonoid, Rutin is a member of group C, which acts in synergy with vitamin C and with other flavonoids such as hesperedin and quercetin. Scientific research attributes particular beneficial properties to this flavonoid. The main effects of rutin, which can also explain a part of the properties of pollen, justify: the improvement of the organism's conditions in states of allergy through the decrease in the production and release of histamine; the maintenance of the state of collagen, essential for the preservation of a good structure of the outer layer of the skin, the epidermis; its essential role in the absorption of vitamin C. RNA and DNA - the two nucleic acids - are found in abundant quantities in pollen. Indeed, this is valid for any substance involved in reproduction. Vitamin B12, which does not normally come from plant sources, is found in pollen in fairly large quantities. This causes the pollen to have a special value for vegetarians. Linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid, is itself well represented in pollen. At the same time it is important to mention that mixtures of honey and pollen are characterized by a high degree of assimilability of nutritional compounds. Honey plays an important role as a vehicle with nutritional or therapeutic action. Pollen is uniformly rich in carotenoids, bioflavonoids and phytosterols, but the exact profile varies according to the plant source and growing conditions. However, beta-carotene, lycopene, beta-sitosterol, quercetin, isoramnetin and rutin are always present in pollen analyzes. Bioflavonoids are a main reason for pollen's many healthful virtues. Bioflavonoids are a large class of phytoestrogens that are widely distributed in food and medicinal plants.
