Dietary supplement of potassium citrate and magnesium useful for providing an additional share of these nutrients in the presence of increased needs or reduced dietary intake. How to use
The sachet dissolved in half a glass of water allows you to prepare a pleasant citrus-flavored drink. We recommend taking one sachet before training or competition. In the case of intensive training, it is recommended to take a second sachet at the end of the session.
