FINE WHOLE HIMALAYAN PINK SALT
Himalayan pink salt is a very pure edible salt, extracted by hand at high altitude from ancient salt quarries in the heights of Pakistan. Its crystals, formed over 200 million years ago due to the drying up of ancient seas, have a regular shape and a pink colour, due to the natural presence of iron. Pink salt represents a completely natural alternative to classic table salt (sodium chloride), to flavor your dishes with an ingredient rich in minerals, without additives and not subjected to chemical refining.
