Biocroc® Original Croissants With Red Lentils And Chickpeas Fior Di Loto Bio Gluten Free
Soft and crunchy croissants made with red lentils and chickpeas, a delicious alternative to chips, but not fried. It is also a source of protein and gluten-free.
Yeast-free: The product excludes the presence of leavening agents, brewer's yeast or natural yeast from sourdough.
Source of protein: The nutrition claim is allowed when at least 12% of the energy of the product is provided by proteins.
Gluten free: The indication is used when the presence of gluten is guaranteed below the legal limit established 20ppm (20mg / kg). It includes both the references produced in establishments authorized and notified by the Ministry of Health according to Legislative Decree 111/92 and those guaranteed according to Reg CE 41/2009.
