What is collagen?
Collagen is a protein found in all structures of the body, such as tendons, skin and muscles. Provides elasticity within the tissues.

There are 23 types of collagen in total, but since types 1, 2 and 3 are the most abundant within the human body, these are the ones most often found in dietary supplements.

What is the difference between these 3 types of collagen?
Type 1 collagen is found in the skin, tendons, etc.

Type 2 collagen is found in cartilage.

Type 3 collagen is found in the walls of blood vessels.

Why is Collagen Flex effective?

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Pour 150 ml of water onto 1 rounded scoop (i.e. 8 g) and shake until completely dissolved. Take once a day, preferably in the morning.
