How to use

Without chewing, take 1 capsule in the morning with a little water on a full stomach.

Warnings

Antacids containing aluminum, calcium and magnesium, and drinks such as black tea, coffee, milk and alcohol, alter the absorption of iron.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The maximum iron intake per recommended daily dose should not exceed 30 mg, which should be present in a varied and balanced diet.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to lactose or to any of the components.
