Evan Orosoluble
Dietary supplement
EVAN can represent a valid support to conventional therapy thanks to the action of its components, capable of improving joint function.
INDICATIONS
EVAN is a GLUTEN -FREE food supplement based on plant extracts of Boswellia Serrata and Pineapple. It can be useful as a natural remedy in the complementary treatment of all inflammatory states, both acute and chronic, in particular the Boswellia dry extract helps to restore joint function and that of the digestive system.
The dry extract of Pineapple is useful in improving digestive function, the drainage of body fluids and the functionality of the microcirculation.
INGREDIENTS AND COMPOSITION
Boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb), gummi dry extract titrated in boswellic acids
Boswellia serrata is a medium-sized tree that usually does not exceed 4-6 meters in height, with a wide crown and a large, very branched trunk, with an ash-colored bark, which flakes off in thin paper-like flakes. Among the medicinal properties of Boswellia serrata are well known those oriented on anti-inflammatory activity, in particular on pathologies concerning in particular the osteoarticular system, thanks to the presence of boswellic acids.
The latter are considered the main active constituents of Boswellia and the predominant chemical form is represented by the beta form. The most active compound in the terpene blend is 11-keto-beta-boswellic acid, also known as AKBA. The extracts currently available are titrated in boswellic acid with percentages between 35 and 65%, and the most active ones are those with the highest titration in AKBA.
11-keto-beta-boswellic acid acts by selectively inhibiting an enzyme, lipoxygenase, thereby preventing the synthesis of leukotrienes, i.e. the chemical mediators that induce both acute and chronic inflammatory processes in various inflammatory pathologies.
Pineapple (Ananas comosus, (L.) Merr, stipites dry extract
The genus Ananas belongs to the Bromeliads family, native to South America; it includes eight species of evergreen plants with stiff, ribbon-like, and often thorny-edged leaves. Bromelain stands out among its constituents, a molecule with various actions at an organic level.
Based on the mechanism of action, the activities of bromelain can be summarized as follows:
- Anti-inflammatory and anti-edema activity (inhibition of thromboxane synthetase)
- Proteolytic and fibrinolytic activity
- Antiplatelet activity (decrease in thromboxane, increase in prostacyclin).
The prevailing action is the anti-edema one.
NUTRITION TABLE
Each sachet contains 750 mg of Boswellia serrata and 80 mg of Bromelain.
