Property

Lactoferrin. Lactoferrin is a glycoprotein isolated from bovine milk, present, albeit in smaller quantities, also in some mucous secretions such as tears and saliva. It is considered a multifunctional antioxidant protein. It is involved in antiviral and antibacterial processes; the antimicrobial activity is due to its ability to bind iron and remove it from those bacterial species that depend on it for their own multiplication.

Vitamin C. It is a water-soluble vitamin, which is absorbed in the proximal part of the small intestine. It represents one of the major antioxidants present in nature. Vitamin C can participate in numerous biological processes, contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress .

How to use

Unless otherwise prescribed, it is recommended to take Biolife Lactoferrin Plus Oral Solution based on age, following the following dosage:

• 1-6 years: 5ml,
• 7-10 years: 7.5ml,
• > 11 years: 10 ml.
