Biolife Melatonin Complex contains:
- Valerian extract that helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and improves sleep quality. Its properties are sedative and calming.
- Vitamin B2 which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
- Zinc, Selenium and Magnesium which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the normal function of the immune system
Ingrediants
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium oxide, capsule (gelatin, titanium dioxide), valerian eg tit. 0.8% in valerenic acids (Valeriana officinalisL., Root, powder); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, zinc sulphate heptahydrate, silicon dioxide; riboflavin (vitamin B2), melatonin, sodium selenite.
