Test system designed to detect gluten immunogenic peptides (GIPs) in urine samples. The test consists of a lateral flow device, a tube containing a conditioning solution, a disposable plastic syringe and a quick guide with instructions for use.
How to use
Collect a urine sample and 2 ml of the sample, using the included disposable plastic syringe, are transferred to the tube containing the conditioning solution. Close the tube tightly and shake gently for 5-10 seconds to allow the urine to mix with the conditioning solution. the transparent cap of the test tube.
Leave for 15 minutes at room temperature, and read the device:
- Negative: A single green line (control line) appears in the central part of the device (control zone).
- Positive: In addition to the green line, a red line (test line) appears in the test area.
- Invalid: If the green line does not appear, regardless of the red line that appears, the test is considered invalid and must be repeated.
