Ingrediants
Live lactic ferments 1 x 109 CFU Lactobacillus rhamnosus; Bifidum bacterium Bb 12; Bifidum bacterium infanitis; inulin; pregelatinised starch; calcium carbonate; silicon dioxide; magnesium stearate; acerola fruit dry extract (titrated 50% in vitamin C); vitamin PP (B3); vitamins B5, B6, B2, B1; folic acid.

How to use
1 capsule in the morning.
