How to use
Adults: 2 tablespoons preferably in the evening.
Children: 1-2 teaspoons based on body weight, preferably in the evening.
Infants: 1 teaspoon every 5 kg.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
